Really looking forward to that review! I love looking after my clothes – I have got a lot of stuff thats five years and older, some coats even nearing ten years. I hate mass markets. It’s so much nicer to spend a little more on quality and keep it a very long time. Dxx

Some great tips. The sports thermals are the best buy ever. Although expensive at the start they wash well and never loose their shape. Ours get passed down and are still in great condition.

We did vests last winter but I hate them actually. This year we’re doing long sleeved t-shirts under short sleeved t-shirts.

Lots of great ideas here. My son refused to wear any type of jumper that looks woolen or warm, so I have to layer him up like a little michelin man in long sleeved tshirts and vests, but it seems to work. x

I have to admit me and the other mums have an end of summer gathering with all the clothes that no longer fit our children and swap them! No cash required just straight swaps, its a great money saving exercise! x

Clever lady. Really great ideas-you just know they wont fit by the time Summer rolls around again so might as well get the wear out of them.
