How to make a loo roll rocket that flies

Materials You’ll Need
- Toilet paper roll or cardboard tube
- Construction paper in different colours (red, orange, yellow for flames)
- Scissors
- Glue stick or tape
- Crayons, pens, washi tape or stickers for decoration
- Optional: aluminium foil for a shiny rocket body
Instructions
- Make the Rocket Body – Wrap the toilet paper roll with coloured or foil paper. Glue in place.
- Add Windows – Cut out small round circles of paper for rocket windows. Glue them to the side.
- Make the Flames – Cut out flame shapes (red, orange, yellow). Layer them inside the bottom end of the tube and glue in place.
- Decorate Your Rocket – Use crayons, pens, or stickers to personalise your rocket. Add stars, rainbows, or even astronauts in the windows!
