I always print my printables directly onto 160 gsm cardstock using my Epson Ecotank Printer rather than regular paper, this way they are a little more durable and the pens do not bleed through to the other side. However, if you do not have a home printer then just pop to a library and use theirs.
I have used a mixture of marker pen and colouring pencils on this page, but also think it would love fantastic with watercolours.
This is a colouring sheet would be great as an addition to a mindfulness space. Mindfulness is a very simple form of meditation. It promotes taking just a few moments and paying attention to the present which can be really hard and I find often that I can not do that but I can concentrate on the colouring.

I am a massive fan of Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils (UK Link/US Link) and have nothing bad to say about them other than they are an investment purchase.
However, my friend Jennie Maizels, who is a professional illustrator also recommends Koh-I-Noor Polycolor Art pencils (UK Link/US Link) which I bought for my niece who is studying art and she really rates them.
