Jenkins & Hustwit Farmhouse Cake Review and Giveaway is a paid collaboration. As much as I love baking cakes, I also love eating cakes that I haven’t baked and often that can lead to disappointment when you wish you had just made it yourself. During most of this year whilst she has been unable to leave the house, my Mother in Law has been a baking demon with weekly deliveries of sweet treats to our home. So we have been really lucky with no buying any!
I am delighted to be teaming up with Nature’s Path to share with you a fab Easy Monkey Paper Puppet with Templates. Nature’s Path, the organic and gluten-free expert, is bringing its two well-loved kids cereals ‘Envirokidz’, to the UK. Already family favourites in Canada and the US, Leapin’ Lemurs and Choco Chimps are delicious organic and gluten-free breakfast cereals with an environmental heart. Choco Chimps is a delicious combination of fair trade chocolate and organic corn, while Leapin’ Lemurs is a tasty mix of organic corn, chocolate, and peanut butter! The MiniMads have been putting the Envirokidz cereal to the test and LOVE it.
I love going on holiday, but I hate getting ready for one now I have children. Before kids I was the type of person to pop a suitcase in on the bed in the spare room and my list net to it and over the week before the holiday add to it and then be all ready to go the day before. Now I find that just doesn’t work for me.
I am a big fan of anything that gets the creative juices flowing for kids and that is why I am working with Foresters Friendly Society this summer with a competition encouraging parents to get creative with their children to produce a drawing or painting showing how they would spend £5000 in their #LittleSpenders Competition.
I recently learned that youth hearing loss was on the rise due to the increase in children wearing headphone and earbuds. As a Mum to two boys who often wear headphones as they want to watch or listen to different things this really concerned me. So we have been putting Puro Sound Labs volume limiting headphones to the test.
I am sure I am not the only one who is in the middle of Spring cleaning and organising. As soon as the sun starts shining through my windows everything starts to look as though it needs a good clean. Also, as our home is aging I can also see the areas that need an update and makeover and I am delighted to be working with Tile Mountain to offer you the chance to win a £250 Tile Mountain Voucher.
As a women I have never really been embarrassed talking about women’s health or my intimate areas. In fact I can actually say vagina out loud without laughing. I am more likely to burst into a fit of giggles at someone calling their vagina a tuppence or frou frou, than I am anything else. So I am delighted to be working with Canesten and their #GetComfortable with intimate health and thrush campaign in raising awareness women’s intimate health.
These super-simple String Christmas Tree Card appeal to the Scandi-style lover in me, plus they are fun and simple to make. They also remind me of 70’s string art and as a 70’s baby, I guess they remind me of the Christmases of my youth! Do you still send Christmas cards? Each year we send less and less, but I want the ones we do send to be meaningful and spread holiday cheer and the way we do that is to make our own (yes, I love a Christmas craft). I can see these being framed and brought out year after year.
