Choosing the right Senior School for your child can feel very daunting and is a big decision. I know, I have been there…… twice for two very different children. There are lots of different guides for choosing a senior school from different perspectives, but I want to give you some tips from a parent of boys, one of whom has been through GCSE’s in a pandemic and one who will be sitting them in 2022 to finding the right school.
I have clever children, there I have said it. I have got rid of the elephant in the room. They are very bright and intelligent (gifted and talented they call them at school, but that term just doesn’t sit well with me, as all children are talented in someway). If any one would like to ask me what I want for my children it would be for them to be happy and balance individuals. Well MadDad and I spent the evening at the minimads school talking to the boys teachers and I have come away a very happy bunny. We were told we should be proud of our children as they are balanced, happy and well mannered children.
