The newspapers have reported recently that 80% of families are planning on rationing their heating this year, with the majority limiting their household heating to one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening and some people totally just going without. There are also local firms setting up warm banks. So many people are worried that they are not going to be able to pay their heating bills.
