They are always dressed up in Halloween costumes and really polite. They only tend to call at houses that are decorated, have lights on or have a lit pumpkin outside.
Last year I had over 100 bags of treats for Halloween and I had run out by 7 pm, I ended up raiding the treat cupboard and still didn’t have enough.
Our sitting room is at the front of the house and I don’t want to sit in the dark so I created these posters to pop on the door in the hope that people will understand if I run out of candy.
