Do you have mini thrill seekers? I certainly do and my boys were delighted to be invited by Frubes to Thorpe Park for the Frubes Angry Birds Sleepover 2016.
This year Frubes are celebrating the release of The Angry Birds movie with special on-pack promotions offering families the chance to flock to the Bahamas for a fun-filled island holiday. The promotion runs until 31 October 2016 and there are also weekly chances to win a whole host of Angry Birds Movie merchandise.
Frubes Angry Birds Sleepover
So the boys were invited to a Frubes birds v pigs dance off at Thorpe Park and a special dance class with Taylor from Balance Unity who appeared on Britain’s Got Talent.
First up there was a fun quiz for all the children about calcium and bones, which all the children got really involved in and then Taylor talked to all the children why calcium was important for dancing, which really impressed all the kids!
My boys had just the best time learning dance moves from Taylor. He had all the children hanging off his every word. It was amazing to watch a group of kids aged from 3 to 12 all having such a fun time dancing. Taylor was such a great teacher and got them all involved and the dance lesson culminated in an Angry Bird versus Pigs dance off.
We were then invited to Thorpe Park for an exclusive trip to Angry Birds Land, where all the children had an absolute blast.
We then retired to the Shark Hotel for a solid nights sleep before attacking Thorpe Park and all the rides the following day.
Thorpe Park is such a great place for all the family and we loved it.

Wow look at their dance moves! Jen, I hope you had a go!
Looks like a great event.
My son would really have loved to do this! He very much enjoyed his trip to Thorpe Park earlier this year, but meeting Taylor would have made it even better!
Awesome moves boys! Looks like great fun -I think children pick up on the enthusiasm of the instructor and if they are enjoying it so will the children. Love that it is educational too! x
We had such a great time at the Frubes Sleepover, the children really enjoyed it. I wasn’t so keen on some of the rides I was dragged onto on the Sunday but we loved the weekend.
Oh that looks brilliant Jen! I haven’t been to Thorpe Park since I was a kid, I’ll have to have another look because I bet my kids would love it there 🙂
It does look a lot of fun – I can just imagine my son strutting his stuff there.
It looks really fun! All kids love angry birds and what a great opportunity for you!
Looks like they had a fantastic time, really sad we missed it x
