Chicken Sausages and Roasted Vegetable Traybake is a paid collaboration with Richmond Chicken Sausages. I was lucky enough to attend the launch of Richmond Chicken Sausages last week and after trying our some fabulous recipes using them cooked by Angelica Bell (who won celebrity Masterchef) I came home inspired. They were truly delicious and have 30% less fat and 20% fewer calories (find out more on Richmond Foods Facebook Page). I was really impressed with the fantastic taste and could see straight away how they would fit into our family menu plan.

I am always looking for ways to make mornings easier and for me, that means that simple healthy breakfasts are a must. We have already upped our porridge game with a decadent, but healthy peaches and cream porridge.
I love Christmas and if I can combine Christmas and being creative then even better. I totally adore these fabulous free printable Christmas gift tags to colour and personalise. They are fab to colour in on the dark nights leading up to the festive season and you can add your own stamp to them. These were coloured in by my best friends nine-year-old. Hasn’t he done an amazing job?

Yes they say for kids but there are some cute and colourful craft ideas that I want to make as an adult! There is something magical about Buttons.
