I love colouring and I love kindness, so I couldn’t resist combining the two and developed this Plant Seeds of Kindness Colouring page. A simple fast page to colour that is perfect for when you do not have loads of time.
I am a firm believer in small acts to make a big change. I suppose that is one of the reasons I love colouring so much. It enables me to switch off and still do something with my hands.

This is a colouring sheet to use as an addition to a mindfulness space. Mindfulness is a very simple form of meditation. It promotes taking just a few moments and paying attention to the present which can be really hard and I find often that I can not do that but I can concentrate on the colouring.
It is such a simple colouring sheet it would be great for tweens and teens too.

I used these promarkers to colour in this colouring page – they do penetrate the paper so you need to put paper underneath to protect your work surface.

I always print my printables directly onto 160 gsm cardstock using my Epson Ecotank Printer rather than regular paper, this way they are a little more durable and the pens do not bleed through to the other side. However, if you do not have a home printer then just pop to a library and use theirs.
