These popcorn snowballs are a great twist on the classic movie snack of popcorn and we have added a winter twist to them. They are super fun and really simple to make and we have added a wintery twist to them with our addition of white chocolate snow. Plus they only take four ingredients, so are a real win for us.
Popcorn Snowballs
We love popcorn and have something of a vintage air popper which was a wedding gift from when we got married 23 years ago! But you can always use store bought or just pop your popcorn in a heavy bottomed pan with some butter. As we are using marshmallows and chocolate I prefer air popped as there is no need to add any sugar as we are already using lots!
One of the things that I love about these popcorn snowballs is that there is less mess than a standard bucket of popcorn.
Plus you can make then different sizes and shapes too.
How to Make Popcorn Snowballs

Popcorn Snowballs

Butter your hands to stop the balls sticking
