When I was pregnant I suffered from hyperemesis gravidarum and it was extremely isolating. It prevented me going lots of places and also made me feel really self conscious. Plus I really struggled at antenatal groups as I was always being sick.
If you are pregnant or have had a baby then you probably will know about Bounty. I remember receiving Bounty Packs via my midwife and they were full of information, vouchers and money off coupons. I was too unwell to see the Bounty lady at the hospital but she did leave me a pack to take home.
In 2017 Bounty launched a free app which contains useful hospital-specific information, valuable practical information and expert advice relevant to pregnancy and parenting, which is really helpful and supportive for parents.
Bounty App and Pregnancy
As you would expect there is a wealth of information about your pregnancy and hat stage you are at including size, expectations for that week and current development which is brilliant for keeping you informed about where you are at which is great for helping you visualise and makes the pregnancy seem more real.
Fresh content is added to the app daily, so there’s always something new to discover.
Bounty App Post Pregnancy
The content within the Bounty app covers everything from product reviews to health tips, guidance on returning to work, and even lullabies to help baby sleep.
Whilst we are talking about sleep there’s even a feature where you can track your baby’s sleep and see if there are patterns week by week.

No need to have all the paper leaflets cluttering up your maternity file and there at your
