The Best Easter Desserts

The best Easter desserts to make this year that almost look too good to eat. I love Easter and all the delicious sweets and candy that this time of year brings and I also love baking, so when you combine the two what do you get? Yes fabulous Easter desserts that are delicious to eat and fun to make.

For us, Easter is filled with family, fun and feasting. A day to rejoice, munch Easter Eggs and do Egg hunts (check out our Teenage Egg Hunt and our Kids Egg Scavenger Hunt). So many of these ideas are perfect for making the night before or fun to make with family over the holidays.

This Speckled Egg Roll Cake is so pretty and is very simply a vanilla cake is rolled with light blue buttercream frosting. Then cocoa powder is used to create the speckled texture to replicate Mini Eggs.  

These Rice Krispie Easter treats are fab to make and really great for packed lunches. Kids will love to make them with you.

We love chocolate chip cookies in this house and are really excited to try Easter Chocolate Chip Cookies from Mom on a time out. Now just to find some Easter coloured M&M’s here in the UK.

One of our favourite makes is Easter Nests using Mini Eggs and one year we made them with popcorn and marshmallows and they were a massive hit.
