Mix up your choclate flavoured angel delight or pudding mix per the packet instructions. Our's was mixed with 300ml of milk and wisked.

For mint chocolate flavour, add 3 drops of peppermint extract or one drop of peppermint essential oil. We only added mint to half the mixture.

Pour into your containers -

Place your packet of Oreo cookies into a plastic bag and bash with a rolling pin. You do not need to separate them or eat the cream! We bashed till we had a mixture of fine crumbs and some larger ones.

Pour on top of your pudding mixture.

Cut a sprig of mint and add to the pots.

Push the spoon into the pots and serve.
