Place the ingredients in to your bread maker, with the water and liquid ingredients first and then the dry ingredients.
Pick the appropriate dough setting.
Leave the required time.
Roll in to 3 12 inch pizza bases.
If you are looking for deeper basis, then cover the dough tin with the pizza dough in with cling film or a shower cap (this is why I always save shower caps from hotels) and allow to rise for 30 or so minutes longer.
Top with passata and your favorite toppings and cook in a pre heated oven for 12 minutes at 230 deg
