  • 1 tsp Bicarb Soda
  • pinch Salt

Optional for Sweet Waffles

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

Instructions

  1. It really doesn't get much simpler than this, start by turning on your waffle maker. You can make sure nothing sticks either by brushing with a little oil or melted butter or using a cooking spray on the plates.

  2. Weigh out dry ingredients, mix together and create a well in the centre.

  3. Measure all the wet ingredients and whisk.

  4. Add the wet mixture to the dry and stir together

  5. Add the mix to the waffle maker - ours is a level laydlefor each waffle but that took some testing)!

  6. Follow the machine instructions until your waffles are cooked for me that is 4/5 minutes and serve with your favorite toppings. (see below for a link to 40 amazing toppings)
