Peaches and Cream Porridge

Ingredients

  • Rolled Oats or your preferred porridge
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons of cream
  • 1/2 tin sliced peaches
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine oats, milk, water and sugar. Microwave on high power for two minutes and check (Our porridge takes 3.5 minutes to cook). Stir in the vanilla.

  2. Add the tinned peaches and stir through before topping with 2 tablespoons of cream and enjoy!
