Make a delicious fruit smoothie with the kids

If you have smoothie left then you can freeze it in lolly moulds and it makes delicious ice lollies.

Ingredients

  • Fruit and veg of your choice. We used Kiwi blueberries, peach, blackberries and strawberries
  • Ice
  • Liquid we used coconut water

Instructions

  1. As we were using our hand blender we peeled and chopped the fruit into smaller chunks to make it easier, however, if you have a more powerful blender then you can just add them full sized.
  2. We placed a damp cloth under our jug to ensure that it did not slip when Mini was blending the smoothie. We added ice and then coconut water until Mini got the consistency he required.
