Strawberry Overnight Oats

Fresh, fruity and healthy, these overnight oats take only minutes to prepare, then they’re ready for breakfast in the morning!

Ingredients

  • 210 g can Princes Strawberries in Light Syrup
  • 50 g low fat Greek-style yogurt
  • 50 g porridge oats

Instructions

  1. Drain the can of strawberries, discarding the juice. Reserve some of the fruit for topping, keeping it refrigerated.
  2. Chop the remaining strawberries roughly. Put them into a bowl with the yogurt and porridge oats. Stir well.
  3. Cover with cling film or transfer to a lidded container and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Serve in the morning, topped with the reserved strawberries.
