Drain the can of strawberries, discarding the juice. Reserve some of the fruit for topping, keeping it refrigerated.
Chop the remaining strawberries roughly. Put them into a bowl with the yogurt and porridge oats. Stir well.
Cover with cling film or transfer to a lidded container and refrigerate overnight.
Serve in the morning, topped with the reserved strawberries.
