Did you see our Yoda Best Dad Father’s Day cards? Well, I loved them so much that I asked Leslieanne to make some Yoda Best Teacher Cards. I am a stickler when it comes to thank you cards and I always encourage the boys to do homemade teacher cards.
Yoda Best Teacher Card
These Star Wars inspired “Yoda Best Teacher” cards are perfect for kids of all ages to colour in and give to their teacher to say a great big thank you for being my teacher this year.
I asked the fab Leslieanne to adjust our Yoda Best Dad Father’s Day cards so that they were perfect for Teacher appreciation. It is great to have someone so talented that understands what I am asking for!

I always print my printables directly onto 160 gsm cardstock using my Epson Ecotank Printer rather than regular paper, this way they are a little more durable and the pens do not bleed through to the other side. However, if you do not have a home printer then just pop to a library and use theirs.
We printed off our cards on our HP Envy 5540 using our Instant Ink subscription and the boys coloured in their cards using Derwent Inktense pencils. They both love these as they can use their watercolour brushes and create a different texture.
I have to say I am a BIG fan of HP instant ink. We have had a subscription for the last three months and it is amazing to not have to worry about your ink running out at an inopportune moment. Thanks to magic within the printer, HP know when we are going to run out of ink and a new set of ink cartridges up in the post. Even better is the fact that instant ink is cheaper than buying regular cartridges (up to 70% cheaper if you are a heavy user).
I really love that I do not have to worry about how much the boys are using the printer. It really is a revelation.
