I am always looking for ways to make mornings easier and for me, that means that simple healthy breakfasts are a must. I have been working with Prices on their #Mumsontherun campaign and it really has opened my eyes to just how easy and healthy using canned fruit is for breakfasts. We have already upped our porridge game with a decadent, but healthy peaches and cream porridge.
Canned fruit is so easy to store, I do not have to time things perfectly to get it ripe, there are no concerns over seasonality, it is easy to prepare (ever tried cutting a mango and staying clean?) and it counts as one of your five a day. What’s not to love? In fact, we have already started to buy and use it more. I had forgotten just how delicious nectarine slices were and totally had a throwback to eating them with tinned cream as a child!
