I love this time of year. Summer fruits are readily available and this yogurt and berry crunch is a great after lunch treat or even perfect for a decadent breakfast. As it is no bake and super simple to put together it is great for getting kids in the kitchen and you can mix up the fruits depending on the season or based on your child’s tastes.

Yoghurt and Berry Crunch
So back to our simple and delicious yoghurt and berry crunch, which we hope you will love as much as we do. If you want to get all fancy then you could use a glass jar so you can see all the layers, but we have used simple ice cream containers which are child-friendly and perfect for lunch outside in the sun.
How to make Yoghurt and Berry Crunch
Ingredients
- Greek yoghurt
- Fruit of your choice, we used raspberries and blackberries
- Local honey
- Crispbreads – we used Ryvita Fruit Crunch, Apple and Cinnamon
Method
This is a really simple dish and you can swap out the greek yoghurt for ice cream making it perfect for the warm days of summer!
Firstly add some greek yoghurt. We love total and then crumble on a Ryvita Fruit Crunch before adding fruit and a drizzle of local honey.
Then you add more yogurt, berries, a sprinkle of Ryvita and more honey.
It is amazing how just a few great ingredients taste delicious.

That sounds delcious, I would never have thought of using Ryvita like this, I’m very tempted to give this a try for myself.
I agree with you that summer is a great time because of so many fruits, vegetables and berries. During summer we can eat lots of fresh food and be healthy. Your recipe for yogurt and berry crunch is amazingly tasty. Instead of raspberries and blackberries I added some strawberries and blueberries and it was also really delicious and healthy. Everyone from my family loved it. I was thinking to make it with other fruits. I wonder if I can add coconut oil or cream instead of honey. I’m not so fond of honey because of its smell and sugary taste. It doesn’t matter that I need only a bit, but still I can taste it. Also, I would love to add Chia seeds. My family loves it! Anyways, thank you for giving me ideas to prepare awesome summer dessert.
Never mind the kids I think I would love this 🙂 Looks so good x
What a cool and unusual way to use ryvita. We eat it a lot but I would never have thought of using it like that … looks amazing!
